稲島 早織（いなじま さおり）
北海道生まれ、千葉県育ち。桐朋女子高等学校音楽科、桐朋学園大学を卒業し、卒業演奏会に出演。同大学研究科修了後、同大学にて嘱託演奏員を務める。
ショパン国際ピアノコンクール in ASIA アジア大会銅賞、ルーマニア国際音楽コンクール第2位など、国内外のコンクールで受賞。作編曲にも取り組み、スペインのFidelioピアノ作曲コンクールでは、オリジナル曲『エチュード 作品1』がファイナリスト（8位）に選ばれる。ソロアルバムはiTunesワールドミュージックチャート1位を獲得。ピアノデュオでリリースしたCD2枚は、『レコード芸術』準特選盤に選出された。
これまでに世界5大陸20カ国以上、日本全国8地方のホール・学校・野外など、さまざまな場所で演奏。本格的なクラシック演奏から、ピアノの「背面弾き」、トイピアノの「練り歩き演奏」まで、ジャンルや楽器の枠にとらわれない自由な音楽表現を追求している。桐朋オーケストラ・アカデミー、東京YCN管弦楽団とピアノ協奏曲を共演するほか、文化庁主催公演や東京フィルハーモニー交響楽団の巡回公演にも多数出演。
東京・千葉・山梨では、3歳からシニアまで幅広い世代を対象にピアノ指導を行う。演奏・レッスン・作編曲・YouTubeなど、多様な活動を通して、音楽の楽しさと可能性を届けている。
これまでにピアノを飯田春美、楠原祥子、玉置善己の各氏に、ソルフェージュ・和声を佐々木邦雄氏に師事。国内外のマスタークラスにおいても、数多くの著名ピアニストの指導を受ける。
ピティナ表参道パウゼステーション代表。日本ショパン協会正会員。各地でピアノコンクールの審査員も務める。

Saori INAJIMA
Born in Hokkaido and raised in Chiba, Japan, Saori Inajima graduated from the Music Department of Toho Girls’ High School and Toho Gakuen College, where she performed in the university’s graduation concert. After completing the graduate program at Toho Gakuen, she served as a contracted performer at the college.
She has received numerous awards in domestic and international competitions, including a Bronze Prize at the Asia Region of the Chopin International Piano Competition in ASIA and Second Prize at the Romania International Music Competition. She is also active as a composer and arranger, and was selected as a finalist (8th place) in the Fidelio Piano Composition Competition in Spain for her original work, Etude, Op. 1. Her solo album reached No. 1 on the iTunes World Music Chart, while two CDs released as a piano duo were selected as “Semi-Specially Selected Recordings” by Record Geijutsu, a leading Japanese classical music magazine.
She has performed in more than 20 countries across five continents, as well as throughout all eight regions of Japan, appearing in concert halls, schools, outdoor venues, and many other settings. From traditional classical piano performance to unconventional forms of expression such as playing the piano from behind and performing while walking with a toy piano, she explores creative musical expression beyond the boundaries of genres and instruments. She has performed piano concertos with the Toho Gakuen Orchestra Academy and the Tokyo YCN Orchestra, and has also appeared numerous times in performances organized by the Agency for Cultural Affairs of Japan and touring productions by the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra.
In Tokyo, Chiba, and Yamanashi, she teaches piano to students ranging from age three to seniors. Through a diverse range of activities—including performance, teaching, composition and arranging, and YouTube—she shares the joy and possibilities of music with people of all ages and backgrounds.
She studied piano with Harumi Iida, Shoko Kusuhara, and Yoshimi Tamaki, and studied solfège and harmony with Kunio Sasaki. She has also participated in numerous masterclasses in Japan and abroad, receiving instruction from many internationally acclaimed pianists.
Saori Inajima is the Representative of the PTNA Omotesando Pause Station and a regular member of the Japan Chopin Association. She also serves as a judge for piano competitions in various regions of Japan.

ピアノ＆手回しオルガンデュオ PIANORGAN（ピアノルガン）
ピアニスト＆トイピアニスト 稲島早織と、手回しオルガン奏者 Koji Koji Mohejiによる夫婦デュオ「PIANORGAN（ピアノルガン）」。2023年2月2日に結成。
学校公演をはじめ、ホテルニューオータニ東京のニューイヤーコンサート、ふなばしアンデルセン公園のクリスマスイベントなど、全国各地のさまざまなイベントに出演。2024年には、世界一周演奏旅行を行い、20カ国で演奏。
ピアノやトイピアノ、音色の異なる大小2台の手回しオルガンを使い、誰もが一度は耳にしたことのある名曲から、知る人ぞ知る隠れた名曲まで、斬新なアレンジで演奏。楽器の紹介や演奏体験も交えながら、音楽と楽器の魅力を身近に感じてもらえるステージを展開している。
クラシックからポップス、映画音楽、アニメ・ゲーム音楽まで、子どもから大人まで幅広い世代に音楽の楽しさを届けている。YouTubeでも、演奏動画を公開中。
Piano&Street Organ Duo PIANORGAN
PIANORGAN is a husband-and-wife duo formed by pianist and toy pianist Saori Inajima and street organ performer Koji Koji Moheji. The duo was formed on February 2, 2023.
They have performed at a wide variety of events throughout Japan, including school performances, the New Year’s Concert at Hotel New Otani Tokyo, and Christmas events at Funabashi Andersen Park. In 2024, they embarked on a round-the-world concert tour, performing in 20 countries.
Using piano, toy piano, and two hand-cranked organs of different sizes and timbres, PIANORGAN presents innovative arrangements ranging from well-known songs that audiences have heard before to hidden gems known by only a few. Their performances also incorporate introductions to the instruments and opportunities for audience members to try them, creating an engaging stage experience that brings the joy and fascination of music and instruments closer to everyone.
From classical music to pop, film music, anime, and video game music, PIANORGAN shares the joy of music with audiences of all ages. Their performances are also featured on YouTube.
ピアノ・デュオ 稲島 早織 & 大石 真裕
2015年にプラハのスメタナ博物館にて初公演を開催し、チェコ国内の音楽情報誌にて好評を得る。
2016年にデビューCD【スメタナ:連作交響詩「わが祖国」ピアノ連弾版】を全国発売(ALCD-7196)。レコード芸術誌にて準特選盤に選出、日経新聞電子版にインタビューの記事と動画が掲載されるなど、各紙から高い評価を得る。
同年5月12日、チェコ共和国大使館にて、プラハ春・国際音楽祭の開催を記念したスメタナ作曲「わが祖国」全曲公演を駐日チェコ共和国大使同席のもと開催。
第10回 かやぶき音楽堂デュオコンクール第1位。第13回 ルーマニア国際音楽コンクール第2位。第34回 愛知ピアノコンクール連弾部門、ならびに2台ピアノ部門にて金賞。ピアノグランプリ2019最高位。
2019年に2nd CD【後期三大交響曲/序曲「わが故郷」/劇的序曲「フス教徒」ピアノ連弾版】を全国発売(ALCD-7242,7243)。
Piano Duo: Saori INAJIMA & Masahiro OISHI
In 2015, Saori Inajima and Masahiro Oishi gave their first international performance at the Smetana Museum in Prague, receiving critical acclaim in Czech music publications.
In 2016, they released their debut CD, Smetana: Má vlast (My Fatherland) – Complete Symphonic Poems for Piano Four Hands (ALCD-7196), which was distributed nationwide in Japan. The album was selected as a semi-recommended disc by Record Geijutsu magazine and was featured with an interview and video in the Nikkei Online Edition, earning widespread praise across various media outlets.
On May 12, 2016, they performed the complete Má vlast by Smetana at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Tokyo, in celebration of the Prague Spring International Music Festival. The concert was attended by the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Japan.
