稲島 早織（いなじま さおり）
北海道生まれ、千葉県育ち。桐朋学園大学、同研究科修了後、同大学にて嘱託演奏員を務める。
ショパン国際ピアノコンクール in ASIA アジア大会銅賞、ルーマニア国際音楽コンクール第2位など受賞多数。ソロアルバムはiTunesワールドミュージックチャートで1位を獲得。ピアノデュオでのCD2枚が『レコード芸術』準特選盤に選出。
桐朋オーケストラ・アカデミー、東京YCN管弦楽団とピアノ協奏曲を共演。文化庁主催の学校巡回公演や、東京フィルハーモニー交響楽団の巡回公演にも多数出演。これまでに世界一周20カ国、日本全国8地方、千葉県全54市町村で演奏を行う。国内外で、ホールでのコンサートをはじめ、学校公演や地域イベント、野外パフォーマンスまで、幅広い場で演奏活動を展開。
作編曲も行い、本格的な演奏と遊び心のあるパフォーマンスを織り交ぜながら、身近な楽器であるピアノの新たな魅力を発見してもらえるステージづくりを心がけている。練り歩くトイピアノ演奏なども取り入れ、お客様との触れ合いを大切にしながら、「自分も弾いてみたい！」という気持ちにつながる体験を届けている。
これまでにピアノを飯田春美、楠原祥子、玉置善己の各氏に、ソルフェージュ・和声を佐々木邦雄氏に師事。国内外のマスタークラスにて多数の著名ピアニストの指導を受ける。

Saori INAJIMA
Born in Hokkaido and raised in Chiba, Saori Inajima graduated from Toho Gakuen School of Music and its graduate program, later serving as a contracted pianist at the same institution.
She has received numerous awards, including the Bronze Prize at the Chopin International Piano Competition in ASIA (Asia Final) and Second Prize at the Romanian International Music Competition. Her solo album reached No. 1 on the iTunes World Music Chart, and two piano duo CDs were selected as semi-recommended recordings by Record Geijutsu magazine.
She has performed piano concertos with the Toho Orchestra Academy and the Tokyo YCN Philharmonic Orchestra. In addition to appearances in school outreach programs sponsored by the Agency for Cultural Affairs and the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, she has given performances in over 20 countries during a round-the-world tour, as well as in all 8 regions of Japan and all 54 municipalities of Chiba Prefecture. Her performance activities span a wide range of settings, from concert halls and school performances to community events and outdoor stages both in Japan and abroad.
In addition to performing, she is also active as a composer and arranger. Her concerts combine virtuosic performances with a sense of playfulness, aiming to help audiences rediscover the charm of the piano as an accessible and familiar instrument. Her interactive performances include walking with a toy piano, creating engaging experiences that inspire audiences to think, “I want to try playing too!”
She studied piano with Harumi Iida, Shoko Kusuhara, and Yoshimi Tamaki, and studied solfège and harmony under Kunio Sasaki. She has also participated in masterclasses with many renowned pianists, both in Japan and abroad.
She currently serves as the director of the PTNA Omotesando Pause Station and is a regular member of the Japan Chopin Society. She is also active as a judge for piano competitions across Japan.

ピアノ＆手回しオルガンデュオ PIANORGAN（ピアノルガン）
ピアニスト＆トイピアニスト 稲島早織と、手回しオルガン奏者 Koji Koji Mohejiによるデュオ「ピアノルガン」。2023年2月2日結成。各地の学校公演、ホテルニューオータニ東京のニューイヤーコンサート、ふなばしアンデルセン公園のクリスマスイベントなど、全国各地様々なイベントに出演。2024年、世界一周演奏旅行で20カ国を演奏してまわる。楽器紹介や演奏体験を間に入れながら、ピアノやトイピアノ、音色の異なる大小2つの手回しオルガンを使い、一度は耳にしたことがある曲から隠れた名曲まで、斬新なアレンジで演奏。YouTubeでも演奏動画を公開中。
Piano&Street Organ Duo PIANORGAN
Pianorgan is a unique duo formed on February 2, 2023, featuring pianist and toy pianist Saori Inajima and hand-cranked organ player Koji Koji Moheji.
The duo has performed at a wide range of events across Japan, including school concerts, the New Year Concert at Hotel New Otani Tokyo, and the Christmas celebration at Funabashi Andersen Park.
In 2024, they embarked on a world tour, performing in 20 countries across the globe.
Their performances blend musical storytelling with live demonstrations of their rare instruments. Using piano, toy piano, and two different-sized hand-cranked organs with distinct sounds, they deliver fresh and original arrangements—ranging from well-known classics to hidden gems.

ピアノ・デュオ 稲島 早織 & 大石 真裕
2015年にプラハのスメタナ博物館にて初公演を開催し、チェコ国内の音楽情報誌にて好評を得る。
2016年にデビューCD【スメタナ:連作交響詩「わが祖国」ピアノ連弾版】を全国発売(ALCD-7196)。レコード芸術誌にて準特選盤に選出、日経新聞電子版にインタビューの記事と動画が掲載されるなど、各紙から高い評価を得る。
同年5月12日、チェコ共和国大使館にて、プラハ春・国際音楽祭の開催を記念したスメタナ作曲「わが祖国」全曲公演を駐日チェコ共和国大使同席のもと開催。
第10回 かやぶき音楽堂デュオコンクール第1位。第13回 ルーマニア国際音楽コンクール第2位。第34回 愛知ピアノコンクール連弾部門、ならびに2台ピアノ部門にて金賞。ピアノグランプリ2019最高位。
2019年に2nd CD【後期三大交響曲/序曲「わが故郷」/劇的序曲「フス教徒」ピアノ連弾版】を全国発売(ALCD-7242,7243)。
Piano Duo: Saori INAJIMA & Masahiro OISHI
In 2015, Saori Inajima and Masahiro Oishi gave their first international performance at the Smetana Museum in Prague, receiving critical acclaim in Czech music publications.
In 2016, they released their debut CD, Smetana: Má vlast (My Fatherland) – Complete Symphonic Poems for Piano Four Hands (ALCD-7196), which was distributed nationwide in Japan. The album was selected as a semi-recommended disc by Record Geijutsu magazine and was featured with an interview and video in the Nikkei Online Edition, earning widespread praise across various media outlets.
On May 12, 2016, they performed the complete Má vlast by Smetana at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Tokyo, in celebration of the Prague Spring International Music Festival. The concert was attended by the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Japan.

• 2nd Prize at the 13th Romanian International Music Competition
• Gold Prizes in both the Piano Duo and Two-Piano categories at the 34th Aichi Piano Competition
